Motorola portable communications products are classed into four basic groups as follows:

Mission Critical products are generally not sold by dealers.  These products are typically sold directly to larger government users.

Industry/Government products are not available for sale by catalogs or the Internet.  These products are normally sold by local area dealers within their assigned marketing area. Falcon Direct's local assigned marketing area includes the Alabama counties of Bibb, Chilton, Jefferson, Perry, and Shelby.

Business products are sold through a variety of distribution channels, often by catalog and via the Internet both by dealers such as Falcon Direct as well as specialized distributors.

Discontinued Products are those that are no longer available.
