Outpost XT is a wireless 2-way call box that can be easily installed at any location of your choosing.  No wiring or ditching is required.  It runs from self contained easily replaceable batteries!  The XT is normally installed at the 9th and 18th hole for beverage/food service as well as emergency reporting and at the bag drop for improved member service.  Our most affordable model is the Series 1 priced at just $459! Our new LoudMouth wireless PA system is completely portable for effective crowd notification in times of emergency.  Just set it up and plug it in to a vehicular AC adapter, to standard AC power, or operate for short intervals from an internal rechargeable battery.  A single LoudMouth can be heard for up to one mile!  Use multiple units if necessary - all controlled by your handheld radio!  The indoor/outdoor speaker provides up to 95 dB of audio (about comparable to a vehicle siren) at 50 feet.  They WILL hear your message! Everyone has to take a break or step away to take care of a task.  So what happens when someone comes to the reception desk, the pro shop, or the restaurant and finds no one there?  If your course is ClubCall equipped, they simply push a button on a gadget called Quick Assist!  At the push of a button a voice message is transmitted directly to associated 2-way radios indicating that a guest/member needs assistance.  Quick Assist is simple and affordable!  The standard model is just $289 with no installation or AC connection required. A pump malfunction can quickly develop into a BIG problem!  The problem is how do you know if there has been a malfunction so that you can take action before the problem becomes more serious?  The answer is that you need an AC Reporter (ACR).  This incredible gadget sends a voice message over your 2-way radio to report a changed condition (AC failure or vice versa, heat overload, or other message suitable for your requirements)  You can learn more about the AC Reporter on the Internet at www.falcondirect.com/ACR.

There are two ways to communicate with Wireless Call Boxes, LoudMouth units, Quick Assist units, or ACR Reporters.  You can use a personal 2-way communicator such as the SLX (shown at the top left) or the Patriot Stationary Radio Unit (SRU) shown below the SLX.  The SLX can be used by maintenance personnel, administrative staff, hospitality staff and anyone else on the move.  Each SLX radio comes with a rugged flex antenna, pocket clip, battery and desk charger.  The Patriot SRU is a completely self contained radio that operates from AC power.  No larger than a desk calculator, the SRU can be set up virtually anywhere!  The price of both units is the same - just $299 complete!  Additional information is available by clicking on the pictures at the left.

A simple requirement for communicating between Call Boxes on the 9th and 18th hole and stationary radio units or Quick Assist units communicating to handheld radios in an around the club house can generally be accomplished with no additional equipment required. Do you need an FCC license 
to operate the ClubCall system?

If you are a federal government agency, your license is issue by IRAC.  Everyone else comes under the jurisdiction of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).  All ClubCall components, with the exception of the Liberty Repeater are available in your choice of VHF or UHF operating bands.  VHF does not require a license.  UHF requires a license and is normally considered to be the preferred choice since Liberty repeaters can be used (normally recommended for golf course use).  The cost of obtaining an FCC license is generally under $500.  Call us at 1.800.489.2611 for additional information.
