when the repair and maintenance of 2-way radios and related accessories was assumed to require visits by technicians as required.  Users had two choices - time and materials, or contract.  Today, service of this type can be very expensive and not so efficient.

We think there are better ways to take care of those we serve. Fixed site equipment at remote towers can be addressed in several different ways. XChange is one of our more popular plans.  PTU (Pay To Use) is another.

Maintenance of personal and mobile 2-way radio can be handled with more efficiency and less cost with our Forever Young or our new 3R service programs (3R is currently available for CS100, MK-II, and TP5000 portables).
