Wireless calling systems

Buttons and Boxes…….

One of our premier supplier partners is Ritron, Inc. of Carmel, Indiana.  In addition to radios, Ritron manufacturers a number of products that utilize RF technology in association with other hardware and software to provide a number of specialized services.  The Two-Way Call box shown above at the left is an example.  These devices are used in a variety of applications where it is useful to talk to the public via 2-way radio such as on golf courses or unattended gates.  One model even has the ability to remotely open a gate!  The unit in the middle is a wireless call button used in conjunction with an associated Two-Way radio.  Such devices are used for a variety of applications including an attendant calling system, emergency assistance, and direct reporting of a malfunction of equipment on manufacturing production lines.

The device at the right is similar to the call button unit with the exception that external sensors are used for activation rather than a call button.  These devices can be connected to doors, gates, HVAC, pumps – just about anything that has a sensor output.  One model is available with a vehicle sensor probe.  When a vehicle approaches the sensor, an alert call is sent directly via VHF or UHF to your Two-Way radio.
